Terms & SMS Policy

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Pure Towing & Recovery website and your requests for towing and roadside assistance in Santa Clara, San Jose, and surrounding communities. Submitting an assistance request through this website or by phone does not confirm dispatch or guarantee a specific arrival time. Availability is confirmed by our dispatch team based on truck location and current conditions.

Pricing depends on the service required, towing distance, and your vehicle’s condition. Our team will confirm the final quote before service begins. For immediate assistance, call (669) 360-5536.

SMS messaging policy

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive customer care and promotional messages from Pure Towing & Recovery. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. If you opt out, you may still request towing or roadside assistance by calling (669) 360-5536 or submitting your details through our contact form without consenting to SMS.

Types of messages

You may receive customer care messages related to your service request (such as status updates and arrival estimates) and, where you have opted in, promotional messages about services and offers. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time without affecting your ability to request service.

Your privacy

We do not share your mobile phone number or text consent with third parties or affiliates. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
